Product Principle

image.png1. The organic waste gas to be processed enters the ceramic heat storage body of the heat storage chamber 1 (the ceramic heat storage body "stores" the heat of the previous cycle), the ceramic heat storage body exotherms and cools down, and the organic waste gas absorbs and heats up.

2. After the exhaust gas leaves the heat storage chamber, it enters the oxidation chamber at a relatively high temperature. In the oxidation chamber, the temperature of the oxidation is increased by VOCs oxidation or the temperature of the burner is increased to the oxidation temperature to the oxidation temperature. The range of adjustment is 760 ~ 860 ℃ according to the working conditions, so that VOCs components break down into carbon dioxide and water

3. The purified high-temperature gas leaves the oxidation chamber and enters the heat storage chamber 2 to release heat and cool down. After the waste heat is recovered, it enters the heat exchanger for thermal energy reuse and is discharged into the atmosphere through the chimney. At the same time, a small amount of purified gas is used to clean the heat storage chamber 3. The heat storage chamber 2 absorbs a large amount of heat and heats up, and is used for heating exhaust gas in the next cycle.

4. After the cycle is completed, the intake and exhaust valves are switched once, and the next cycle is entered. The exhaust gas enters the heat storage chamber 2 and the heat storage chamber 3 is discharged. After switching, the heat storage chamber 1 is cleaned. Alternate switching in this way achieves continuous treatment of VOCs exhaust.

9. Set a safety temperature relief valve. When the temperature in the combustion chamber exceeds the set upper limit, the temperature relief valve opens to release the temperature to ensure safe temperature operation.

10. Set explosion vent. When an accident occurs in the combustion chamber, the pressure in the furnace rises sharply, and the explosion vent opens to effectively relieve the pressure and ensure that no greater harm is caused.

11. Multiple safety protection systems: non-steady-state control, temperature early warning, shutdown alarm and emergency emergency measures, etc., with high safety performance
