Air volume of equipment = volume of spray booth (length × width × height) × ventilation constant (60 to 120 times)

The ventilation constant of 60 to 120 times in the announcement is an empirical value. If the painting room is short and the painting volume is small, the constant can be selected 60 times; if the painting room is short and the painting volume is small, the constant can be selected from 70 to 90 times; if the painting room is long, the painting time If the amount is large, the constant can be selected from 90 to 120 times or even more.


2. Calculation method of air volume for exhaust gas capture rate evaluation


Calculate the fresh air volume based on the volume of the workshop space and the number of air changes per 60 times / hour. The ratio of the actual air volume of the organized emissions to the fresh air volume required by the workshop is used as the exhaust gas capture rate.

Fresh air volume required in the workshop = 60 × workshop area × workshop height

Exhaust gas capture rate = actual organized exhaust volume of the workshop ÷ fresh air volume required by the workshop


3. Calculation method for air volume of exhaust gas treatment equipment in painting line


Air volume of equipment = area (length × width) × constant (2000 ~ 4000) of exhaust hood

The constant 2000 ~ 4000 in the formula is an empirical value. If the operation time of the spray booth is short and the amount of paint is small, then the constant can be selected as 2000; if the operation time of the spray booth is short and the amount of paint is small, the constant can be selected as 3000; The spray booth has a long operating time and a large amount of paint, so the constant can be selected to be 4000.
