This Standard is formulated to implement the "Environmental Protection Law of the People's Republic of China" and "Environmental Prevention and Control Law of the People's Republic of China on Solid Waste Pollution", prevent and control environmental pollution caused by hazardous wastes, strengthen management of hazardous wastes, protect the ecological environment, and protect human health.
